However we do understand that sometimes you’re not able to divulge your customers’ details, so we offer alternate ordering methods that don’t involve supplying recipient email addresses or mobile phone numbers to GiftPay.

## Gift Card URLs

Using this method, you can order a batch of gift card links and then deliver the gift card links to your recipients yourself. This could be via your own email system, via your website or app, or any other method you choose. You control the sender, contents and format.

The gift card links are made available to you in an Excel file that you can download immediately after ordering.

## Printed Vouchers

Order gift cards in a PDF format. You’ll receive one PDF file with one eGift per page. You can print out this file and then distribute the eGifts in person or via mail.

Gift recipients can scan a QR Code on the printed voucher to access their eGift. Or if they do not own a smartphone or otherwise cannot scan a QR Code, they can visit a website and enter their Voucher Code and PIN in order to redeem their gift.

While GiftPay Printed Vouchers do take a physical format and can be distributed in person, the gift recipient must still have internet access and must go online to select how they wish to redeem their gift. GiftPay Printed Vouchers are not suitable for gift recipients without internet access.
