2. When making a payment directly you can choose which program the funds should be allocated to. If paying by card you will be given the option to select this at the time of payment. If paying by bank transfer, ensure you have the correct Payment Reference Number for the program you wish to pay into, and use this in your payment description.

You can deposit all funds to Unallocated Balance and request that funds be automatically transferred into a program as needed, or request that eGift deliveries are all funded directly from your Unallocated Balance.
