What are GiftPay programs used for?

GiftPay programs can be used in a variety of ways:

1. If you need different branding or card designs, you can have one program for each design;
2. If you need different retailer selections or restrictions, you can have one program for each retailer set;
3. If you wish to use more than one gift delivery or ordering method, such as email delivery, SMS delivery, gift card URLs or printed vouchers;
4. If you want to use the GiftPay API (Application Programming Interface) for automated gift delivery, this will be setup on your account as a separate program;
5. If you wish to manage budgets and funding allocations amongst the users of your GiftPay account, you can setup one program per user or per department;
6. Or if you simply need to separate out different campaigns or departments for ease of reporting and audits.

To start adding programs in your GiftPay account, first contact us to ensure programs are enabled for you. Once programs have been enabled, you can add, edit or remove programs at any time via Settings > Manage Programs.
