# I have just made a payment to GiftPay. When will the funds be available in my GiftPay account?

If you have paid by bank transfer, these funds will be available after the payment has cleared our bank account. This can take between one and two business days, depending on your bank and when you processed the payment. Typically Bank Transfer payments become available by 10:00 am each business day on the day the payment has cleared our account.

If you have paid by credit card, funds will normally be available within 30 minutes during business hours, or by 10:00 am the next business day if you paid outside of business hours.

If after two business days the payment is still not available in your GiftPay account, please [contact us](https://express.giftpay.com/contactus.aspx). To assist in tracing your payment, please send a clear screenshot from your online banking system showing the details of the payment, such as amount, date paid, destination bank account, and reference or description.

Please note that if your bank transfer payment does not include the correct Client Reference Number, your funds could be delayed.
