How to add and edit programs
To start adding programs in your GiftPay account, first contact us to ensure programs are enabled for you. Once programs have been enabled, you can add, edit or remove programs at any time via Settings > Manage Programs.
Add new program

Click on “Add new program” to add a new program.

Select from the available ordering or delivery methods

Email Delivery

Click on Next to continue.
3. Complete program details. You can customise the following fields:

Program name

Daily/monthly budget limits (Optional)

eGift card design
You can choose from the following eGift Card design options:

Choose gift card design at delivery, selecting from our built in themes every time when you organise a batch. (Default)

Set a fixed gift card design for this program - You can click on “Select card design” to choose from our built in themes.

Copy the custom branding and retailer selection from another program in your account onto this program (only if you have custom branding and/or retailer selection set up already).
You can click on “Select existing program to copy from” to choose from another existing program - if you select this it will keep the same retailer list and custom branding from your selected program.

Request new custom branding with a design of your choice, for example your company logo
You can also reach out directly to your account manager to set up custom branding.

Click on Create program > to finalise the setup.
Edit program
Find an existing program you would like to edit and click on Edit Details to view the program details.
Archive program
If you are no longer actively using a program, you can archive it. Select the program you would like to archive and click on Archive This Program at the bottom of the program details page.
