How do I remove a user or team member from my GiftPay account?

:::info Only Master Admins can add or edit users on your GiftPay account. If you are not a Master Admin, please consult with the person that setup your account.

1. To edit a user, select Settings > Manage Users.

2. Find the user account that you wish to remove and click on their username.

3. Click to the Advanced tab.

4. You can choose to either disable their user account, or permanently delete it.

   1. To disable the account, toggle the User Status to Disabled. A user with a status of disabled can be re-enabled if required in the future.
   2. Or to permanently delete the account, click on Delete User.
