How do I cancel or delete an invoice?

You can cancel any unpaid invoice from the Billing History page. Ensure you set the Date Range filter appropriately to help you find the relevant invoice. Once you've found the invoice to delete, click on Delete Invoice in the right-hand column. If you require a credit note please email accounts@unifiedincentives.com.
