How can I deposit or add funds to my GiftPay account?

GiftPay supports a variety of payment methods, depending on which country you wish to send gifts to.

Bank Transfer

GiftPay accepts local or international bank transfers for most countries and currencies. To obtain banking details, when signed in to your account click on Add Funds at the top of the page, then choose Pay Now via Bank Transfer. If you raise an invoice first, bank details are also shown on each invoice.

Credit Card

In most cases you can pay via credit card. Restrictions and limitations may apply. GiftPay accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A surcharge may apply.

PayID (Australia only)

With PayID, funds arrive in your GiftPay account almost immediately, and there is no surcharge. Most Australian banks support paying via PayID.

BPay (Australia only)

In Australia, BPay is supported. To pay via BPay, raise an invoice first. The BPay details are displayed on your invoice.

Raise Invoice

You can raise an invoice for later payment using any of the methods above. This is ideal where your accounts or finance team must approve and make a payment. Note that funds are not available in your GiftPay account until the payment has been received and processed by GiftPay.
