# Custom branding image and file specifications

You have two options to customise the branding on your gift card. Either you or your designer can prepare the image files, or you can ask GiftPay to design to your requirements.

## Option A - My designer will prepare the files

**Branding specifications and requirements**

* **Header Image** \n Dimensions: 640 x 100 pixels \n File Format: JPEG (.jpg) or PNG (.png)
* **Card Image** \n Dimensions: 400 x 280 pixels \n File Format: PNG (.png) \n Additional requirements: Rounded corners, drop shadow on right and bottom edges, transparent background. \n 

Both images are displayed on a white background. For this reason, we suggest you either use a non-white background, or if using a white background we recommend a solid border to help define the shape and achieve a balanced layout.

## Option B - GiftPay will design

Please send your logo file and requirements to your account manager, or [contact us](https://express.giftpay.com/contactus.aspx).

You should also include:


1. Exact wording required within the header and card images, if any;
2. Colour and theme you want (or you can send your brand identity kit if you have one).

Our designers can normally turn around a simple brief **within 1 business day.** You will receive a sample/preview of the design from your account manager for your approval.
