# Can I add another user to my account?

Yes, you can add as many users as you wish to your account. Giving each person that needs access a user account login is best practice.

Only Master Admins can add or edit users on your GiftPay account. If you are not a Master Admin, please consult with the person that setup your account.

1. To add a user, select **Settings** > **Manage Users**. In the top right of the page, click **Add new user**.
2. Enter the new user’s email address.
3. If that person has an existing GiftPay username, they will receive an email prompting them to link their username to this account.
4. Otherwise, you will be prompted to choose a username for the new user.  Adding the user’s phone or mobile number is optional.
5. Click **Next**.
6. On the next page you will need to select the new user’s **Permissions**. Hover your mouse over the ? icon to learn what each role is permitted to do.
7. Click **Create new user**.

A confirmation email will then be sent to the email address you entered. The user will need to check their email and click on the link in the email finish setting up or linking their user account.
